Is the first organization in the country to serve individuals with Down syndrome and their families. NADS provides a wide range of information and resources through educational and public awareness materials, conferences, newsletter, and a strong parent support network to enable persons with Down syndrome to achieve their full potential.
NAMI is the National, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. Begun in 1979, today NAMI is an alliance of more than 600 local affiliates offering support groups, podcasts, publications and more to raise awareness and provide support and education to those in need.
Multiples of Illinois is an Illinois non-profit, educational, public service organization providing support, information and networking to parents of multiples (twins, triplets, quads, etc.) through its member club affiliates. They offer a scholarship program, Special Needs Assistance Fund (SNAF), communications, and an annual spring workshop and conference.

MOCHA (Mothers of Children Having Allergies) is a group of parents sharing information and supporting each other. The 700+ Chicagoland members of MOCHA know how frightening it can be to learn that your child has been diagnosed with severe, often life-threatening allergies.
