Filled with information on early learning, PBS Parents provides information on topics such as education, child development, activities, food and fitness, parenting, and PBS programming. The site includes interactive games and videos for parents and children. Also in Spanish
The purpose of this site is to promote inclusive schooling, and offer many ideas and content that is thought-provoking and helpful for self-advocate/advocates, educators, paraprofessionals, administrators, and parents, working hard to create classrooms for all.
Parenting Counts is a research-based resource developed to support parents and caregivers in raising socially and emotionally healthy children. They provide parents, caregivers, and early learning professionals with trustworthy information to use in daily interactions with children. Parent handouts on child development in English and Spanish. Parenting tips shared through short videos on key areas of child development.
PACER Center is a parent training and information center for families of children and youth with all disabilities from birth to young adults located in Minneapolis, and serving families across the nation. Pacer’s National Bullying Prevention Center site provides free, useful documents, videos and other resources on bullying prevention. Features include A Resource Kit, Kids Against Bullying website, Teens Against Bullying website, and Overview on Addressing Bullying of Students with Disabilities.
NCPMI- Family Engagement At every tier of the Pyramid Model, practitioners and programs consider strategies to welcome and support diverse families, to learn from families, partner with families to promote child outcomes, and provide supports and services that families need to promote their child’s skill development. This section of the website provides resources on Family Engagement, including engagement guides, family tip sheets, handouts, articles and more.

NDSS empowers individuals with Down syndrome and their families by driving policy change, providing resources, engaging with local communities, and shifting public perceptions.
Founded in 1973, NDSC is a leading national resource of support and information for anyone touched by or seeking to learn about Down syndrome, from the moment of diagnosis, whether prenatal or at birth, through adulthood. NCDS provides information, advocacy, and support concerning all aspects of life for individuals with Down syndrome.
Early Childhood Education (3-5)
NCLD publishes research reports and resources to help families and educators enhance understanding of learning and attention issues and improve practices to support all learners. A learning disability or disorder can include listening, speaking, reading, writing, reasoning, math, and social skills. The NCLD Checklist is an interactive tool to help one understand signs of LDs and decide what to do next. Then use the resources provided to learn more.
