Let STAR NET Assist You
STAR NET Region II and VI provides financial assistance to families of children with disabilities and early childhood special professionals to help cover the cost of attending learning opportunities related to the development of young children with disabilities. Funds are provided as reimbursement toward expenses.
Applications must be submitted in advance of the training event.
Family Fellowships
Financial assistance is available to parents to attend conferences or other trainings which will help support your child’s learning and development.
Professional Development Assistance
Preschool professionals can apply for Professional Development Assistance to help pay for attending workshops, seminars or conferences.
Do-It-Yourself Study Group Grant
Small groups can apply for a grant opportunity of up to $300 to explore a topic focused on supporting the education of preschool children with IEPs .
Other Funding Resources
Several other organizations offer funding opportunities through scholarships and stipends. You can apply online, or by submitting your application via mail.
