Each session will begin with reflection and resource sharing\, include small group discussion\, and wrap up with large group takeaways.  Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to build on prior learning\, strengthen professional connections\, and share inclusive practices throughout the school year. An optional 30-minute Q&A discussion will follow each meeting.
