Family Fellowships
Supporting Families. Strengthening Futures.
STAR NET Region II and VI offers Family Fellowships that provide funding for families of children, aged 2-6 years, with an IFSP or IEP to attend conferences and trainings that strengthen their ability to support their child’s learning and development. Up to $200 per year, per family, is available until funds are exhausted. Funding is in the form of reimbursement for expenses.
Fellowship funds can be applied to reimburse related training costs such as:
- Workshop or conference registration fees
- Travel expenses
- Child care while attending the event
Applications must be received and approved before the event
