This community of practice will provide an opportunity for in-depth conversation around the process of Transition from Early Intervention to Early Childhood Services. These collaborative conversations allow participants to learn together, ask questions, and share ideas and resources with the outcome being improved transition processes for young children with disabilities and their families. This CoP is targeted towards those who have already attended a training on transition from EI to Early Childhood Services. Transition trainings are offered virtually throughout the year in all STAR NET Regions. Those who miss a meeting(s) will still be eligible to receive a certificate, after the CoP, for credit hours earned (1-5 hours).
